摘要
      船舶建造的生产管理一直是制约我国船舶业发展的因素。近年来,随着计算机技术的发展,船舶的生产信息化管理已经开始成为生产管理的一种策略。这种信息系统是一个载体,它承载的是一种管理思想和管理方法,体现的是现代造船模式下的组织形式、管理形式和管理方法,通过信息系统的平台,实现精准的企业资源计划、严密的物料需求组织、合理的生产经营业务流程,从而达到企业高效率、低成本的运作。
      ERP(企业资源计划)作为一种重要的信息化管理工具己经在制造行业得以广泛的应用。它是以整合企业的物流、资金流和信息流为手段,以先进的生产理论为专业指导,以优化企业生产流程为思想与目的,以信息集成软件系统为最终产品的一种管理方式。
      本文以ERP的管理思想为指导,首先建立基于ERP生产核心理论MRPII的造船过程逻辑框架,然后应用成组技术,精益生产技术对造船过程进行分析,结合物料资源,工艺过程,设备能力进行船舶生产工程的计划定制理论分析,最后生成船舶建造生产管理ERP系统的流程实现,系统流程以生产日程为主线,包括生产控制过程和作业管理过程。流程设计包括系统主流程,生产过程流程,数据库关系建立。
      ERP管理的最终产品为基于上述流程的软件系统,本文对流程中的作业操作流程模块进行了软件模型实现。模型以大连某造船企业为背景,以生产管理部为调研对象,分析其信息化现状后建立的软件系统。系统主要实现中间产品在场区图上的作业过程操作(包括分段内外场的运转,中间产品的组装,总段的合拢等),作业区域放置信息、工艺状态信息、合拢状态、物料堆放状态、设备能力、生产计划的信息集成与共享,网络技术支持为局域网内C/S数据库查询。
      本模型系统既有一般ERP系统模块的信息集成特点,又有改进的地方:一般的ERP模块仅仅基于庞大的数据库为支持,本模型系统则加入了图形化管理的思想,将所有的中间产品、物料等放置在作业厂区地图上,使其在信息集成与共享的同时,更加科学有效的进行信息表现,是对一般意义ERP系统的有效补充。

Abstract
      The production management for shipbuilding is always considered as the constrained factor for China's shipbuilding industry. In recent years, with the development of computer technology, ship production information management has become a production management strategy. This information system is a carrier, which carries a management ideas and management methods and which embodies the organization form, the management form and method in the modern shipbuilding mode. The precise enterprise resource planning, the tight material demand structure and the reasonable operation processes for production management are realized by the information system platform. So as to the enterprise efficient, low-cost operation is achieved.
      As an important information tool, ERP (enterprise resource planning) has been widely used in the manufacturing. It is a management mode which integrating flows of material, capital and information as a means, taking advanced production theory as professional guidance, optimizing the production process as the idea and purpose, taking integrate information system as a final product.
      In this paper, the management idea of ERP is the guide. The process of shipbuilding is analyzed by the application of group technology and lean manufacturing technique. The project plan custom-theory for shipbuilding is analyzed combining the resources of the materials, the processes and the equipment capacity. Finally the processes of the ERP management system are realized which take production schedule as main line, including production control processes and operational management process. Design of system flow includes the main system processes, production processes, establishment of the database relationship.
      The final product of ERP is a management system based on the processes, one of the modules of which is realized in this paper. The model is a management system by analyzing the present information situation in a department of production management of a shipbuilding enterprise in Dalian. The system includes work process in Field area chart(transfer of hull sections, assembly of interim Products, assembled of block ,and so on), the information sharing of the intermediate goods information in the operation plant, the technology state information, the closure state, the stacking state of materials the capabilities of the equipment are realized, so as to the network technical support for LAN C/S database query.
