摘要
全球性的激烈竞争、极短的产品生命周期、高度分散的经营以及需求驱动的管理,是制造业所面临的新环境。在这样的背景下,单靠在制造方面的能力以获得持续竞争优势已经越来越难了,企业开始将注意力转移到物流领域,并将其作为企业的“第三利润源”和获得核心竞争优势的渠道之一。系统的研究企业的物流能力,有助于分析制约企业发展的关键物流能力要素,通过制订和实施适当的物流发展战略并有针对性地加以完善,就能使企业以较低的投入获得更具优势的运营绩效。本项研究应用统计学和模糊综合分析的原理构建一套针对我国装配型企业实际情况的物流能力评价指标体系,并利用所建立的指标体系对企业物流能力进行评价,以分析在企业物流管理过程中所存在的问题。
本研究在大量文献查阅和理论分析的基础上,总结了国内外文献中常用的企业物流能力指标,并通过开放式问卷调查的方式对现有指标进行了补充;问卷预测试中采用项目分析的方式删除了一些不合理的指标;采用两次因素分析的方式进一步减少了题项的数目,并将题项重新归类为彼此关联性较大的因子;在因素分析完后,为进一步了解问卷的可靠性与有效性,进行了信度分析和相关分析,最终得到了较为完整的装配型企业物流能力考评体系;在物流能力评价过程中,采用了模糊综合分析的方法建立了装配型企业物流能力评价模型。在本文的第五部分,应用前面建立的评价模型,本文对BYDC公司的物流能力现状进行了分析。
本项研究的创新在于以下几点:首先,在原有国内外学者研究的基础上设计出装配型企业物流能力评价指标体系,既兼顾了影响企业物流能力的定量指标又开发出对其有重要影响的定性指标,使得评价体系更加完整。其次,提出了合理的评价标准并建立了物流能力评价模型。另外,所建立的指标体系是建立在对装配型企业物流能力实际研究的基础上,因此,它不仅能够提供了一个完善的装配型企业物流能力评价标准,而且有助于分析企业物流管理中存在的问题并有针对性的解决。

Abstract
Manufacturing industry is facing a new environment: Intense global competition, short product life cycle, high degree of decentralized operation, as well as demand-driven management. Against such a background, it has become increasingly difficult for the enterprises to sustain competitive advantage alone rely on manufacturing capability. More and more enterprises start to pay attention to the field of logistics and take it as "the third source of profit" as well as one channel to get core competitive advantage. Through the formulation and implementation of appropriate strategies for the development of logistics capabilities and targetly improved, the enterprises will get competitive operation performance with low costs. Based on the theory of statistics and fuzzy comprehensive ananlysis, this study builds up a logistics capability measurement system of the assembly-oriented enterprises. And based on the measurement system, this study evaluated the enterprise logistics capabilities to analyze
the problems in the process of logistics management.
On the basis of theoretical analyse, this study summarized the indicators of enterprise logistics capabilities that commly used in the domestic and foreign literatures. And related indicators were added through the way of open survey. A number of unreasonable targets were deleted through the project analysis. The items were further reduced and re-classfied during the factor analysis. After the factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were carried out to further test the reliability and validity of the factors. And the measurement system was finally established. During the process of the evaluation of logistics capabilities, fuzzy comprehensive analysis method was used.
The innovation of this study is as follows: first of all, based on the studies of the scholars at home and abroud, the logistics capabilities measurement system of assembly-oriented enterprises was established which contains both the quantity and quantity indicators. Secondly, reasonable evaluation criteria and logistics capability evaluation model were put forward. And third, this measurement system was built on the assembly-oriented enterprises; it will be helpful both to the analysis of enterprise logistics capabilitied and the salvation of problems.
