摘要
大学生是社会主义现代化建设的后备军和接班人，道德素质是大学生综合素质一个极其重要的组成部分。本文以当代大学生所处时代为背景，对大学生道德素质教育的含义，加强大学生道德素质教育的重要意义，以及大学生道德素质教育中存在的突出问题和形成问题的原因进行分析，重点提出相应对策，为促进大学生道德素质教育工作尽微薄之力。全文由四部分组成：
第一部分:加强大学生道德素质教育的重要意义。通过从战略高度和大学生自身发展的需要两方面，说明加强大学生道德素质教育的重要意义。
第二部分:大学生道德素质教育存在的突出问题。阐述大学生道德素质教育中存在的突出问题:目标泛化抽象;内容古板陈旧，方法传统落后;评价单一片面;实效有而不佳。
第三部分:大学生道德素质教育存在问题的原因分析。通过分析，认为大学生道德素质教育过程中存在突出问题的原因:缺乏与现实紧密结合的教育内容，影响大学生道德素质教育的实效;缺乏具有良好素质的教育者，影响大学生道德素质教育的质量;缺乏高校领导的支持与重视，影响大学生道德素质教育的地位等。
第四部分:这部分是全文的重点，通过探索解决大学生道德素质教育过程中存在的突出问题的对策，以期促进大学生道德素质教育活动的开展。提出的主要对策:明确教育土体，开展多种形式道德素质教育活动，调动学生积极性;拓展教育内容，全面深化大学生道德素质教育;改进教育方法，推进大学生道德素质教育进程等;健全教育机制，为大学生道德素质教育提供制度保障等。

Abstract
College students are constructors and successors for socialization. Moral quality is an important part of overall quality. Based on the existing research, this paper explains the meaning and signif cance of moral quality education, expounds the main problems in college students' moral quality education and analyzes the reasons. Meanwhile, it highlights the responding countermeasures so as to contribute a little to college students' moral quality education.
The thesis consists of four parts:
The first part: explaining the significance of strengthening college students' moral quality education.
The second part: expounding the main problems in college students' moral quality education. It mainly includes: the lack of actual effect in moral education; a bias towards political concepts; the imperfection of moral quality system etc.
The third part: analyzing the reasons for these problems: According to the analysis, the main reasons are: contents of moral quality education are out of social reality; teachers lacking in moral quality; lack of full attention from students and higher education institutions; lack of mass and popular support from families and society.
The fourth part: based on the analysis of the main problems and reasons, seeking for the responding countermeasures so as to promote college students' moral quality education. The main countermeasures include: strengthening the improvement of educational mode to push the course of college students' moral quality education; optimizing social environment to guarantee good external conditions for college students' moral quality education; strengthening the research into theory to correctly guide students' education practice.
