摘要
      体育资源是各种体育现象赖以发生、存在的载体和动力，它不仅是竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业与体育文化等发展的重要依托，在一定条件下，还能转换成社会与经济发展的有利资源。高校体育资源与社区共享的新模式，不仅对发展社区体育有极大的促进作用，而且有利于高校体育资源的优化整合，有利于我国体育产业的发展，有利于全民健身计划的推广和实施，同时对我国构建和谐社会有着极大的促进意义。
      通过对武汉地区社区体育发展情况的调查发现，目前存在着场地设施不足，组织管理机制不完善，社区体育的管理者、指导员缺乏专业的科学管理知识等问题。另一方面，武汉地区体育人口发展速度较快，高于全国平均水平，社区居民对体育健身、体育消费的需求日益高涨。通过对武汉地区高校体育资源及高校附近社区居民体育锻炼现状的调查发现，武汉地区高校体育资源较为丰富，场地、设施，专业体育人才等资源分布合理，人文环境好，高校附近的社区居民，普遍选择在高校的体育场所进行锻炼，参加体育锻炼的愿望非常强烈，且大部分社区居民的锻炼时间与高校的正常体育教学时间并不矛盾，双方存在着共享体育资源的可行性。但由于武汉地区高校与社区体育长期以来没有相应的组织协调机构，使这些资源目前无法与社区进行优化整合和资源共享。
      为了实现武汉地区高校体育资源与社区体育共享，本研究在借鉴日本综合型社区体育俱乐部建设的经验的基础上，结合我国社区体育研究的现状和武汉地区的实际情况，提出了构建高校学区体育俱乐部的模式，内容涉及组织管理策略，资金筹集、运营策略、人员配置、活动项目等。鉴于此，武汉地区各高校通过建设高校学区体育俱乐部，结合自身场地设施、地理位置的实际情况，开展丰富多采的社区体育健身与文化活动，以达到促进高校体育资源与社区合理共享，推动武汉地区的全民健身运动的开展和精神文明建设的目的。

Abstract
      Physical resources are the existence of the carrier and power of a variety of sports phenomenon. It is not only the base of competitive sports, mass sports, sports industry and sports cultural, under certain conditions, it can be converted to beneficial resources of social and economic development. College sports share the resources with community, this new model not only have a great role in promoting the development of community sports,and  also  conducive to  the  optimization of integration of college  sports resources,  conducive to China's  sports industry, conducive to the promotion and implementation of the national fitness program. At the same time, it has a great significance to promote the building of a harmonious society of our country.
      Through the survey of development of community sports of Wuhan area, we found the more prominent issues, such as community sports facilities here are limited, mechanism for the management of the organization is imperfect, community sports manager, director are lack of professional knowledge of scientific management. On the other hand, Sports population growth in Wuhan is so rapid that even higher than the national average, community residents demand on the  Community sports fitness, sports consumption rising. Through the survey based on the college sports resources and physical activity status of residents in the vicinity of colleges, college sports resources  are  abundant  in  Wuhan  area, the  distribution of spaces,  facilities, professional sports talents is reasonable. The residents in the vicinity of colleges in general choose the colleges sports places to exercise, and the desire to participate in physical activity is very strong. And most of the residents' training time is not contradictory to the normal physical education time of colleges. These two exist the feasibility to share the sports resources. However, without a corresponding leadership organization between colleges and community sports in Wuhan for a long time, So these resources can not be optimized to integrate with the community to form a shared resource.
      In order to achieve the aim of sharing sports resource between college and community, this article first learn from of the experience of Japan comprehensive community sports club, combine the studies of status of community sports in Chins and the actual situation in Wuhan, propose to contribute the college district sports club model, which includes organizational management strategy, fund raising, operations strategy, staffing, activity projects and so on. In view of this, through the construction of college district sports club in Wuhan area, In light of its own facilities, the location of the actual situation, to carry out a variety of community sports. To promote a reasonable sharing model of resources between colleges and community, to promote the all-round development of national fitness campaign.
