摘要
      我国的改革开放是从农业率先开始的。在普遍实行家庭承包经营的同时，如何有效地组织千家万户农民进入市场，则是摆在面前的一个重大问题。经过几年的实践探索，山东率先总结提出了“按产业化组织发展农村经济”的新的农业发展战略，并迅速在全国推行。实践证明，农业产业化是在家庭承包经营基础上实现农业规模经营、带动农民进入市场的有效途径，是推进农业和农村经济结构调整的重要带动力量，在推动我国农业发展、农村繁荣、农民富裕征程中发挥了极其重要的作用。
      我国改革开放的基本思路是“摸着石头过河”，农业产业化的发展也主要依靠实践经验的总结改进不断强化。尽管国内经济理论界也从不同角度、不同视角对农业产业化问题进行了一定的探讨和分析，但总的来说，多是仅仅从某一侧面的理性解读和理论层面上的论证，还远远不足以满足指导农业产业化实践发展的迫切需要。农业产业化问题，应是产业经济学研究的重要内容。从产业经济学理论体系的形成过程看，其中较早形成和成熟的部分是产业组织理论，但我国产业经济学界研究的主要内容则在产业结构包括产业关联和产业布局的理论方面(当然更多地是取决于我国经济发展的阶段特点和现实的迫切需要)，对产业组织理论的研究应用则相对较少。
      本文以产业组织理论为指导，以山东近三十年的农业产业化实践为现实依据，从理论和实践的结合上，系统梳理山东农业产业化发展基本历程和成就，总结分析新时期山东农业产业化发展面临的突出矛盾和问题，重点从如何进一步推动山东农业产业化发展的角度，提出相应的对策建议。
      全文共分六部分。第一部分为导论。简要介绍论文的选题目的意义、研究内容思路方法以及创新点。第二部分为产业组织理论与农业产业化。从与农业产业化的结合上，分别阐述了产业组织理论的概念、学派、在中国的应用发展，并就规模经济、进入退出壁垒、企业行为、市场绩效等与农业产业化的关系问题进行了深入分析。第三部分为农业产业化的提出及国内外研究现状。着重分析介绍农业产业化的产生背景、萌芽发展、全面推开，并介绍了国内外理论界从各个角度对农业产业化的基本内涵、实质特征、组织机理、政策建议等方面的分析探讨。第四部分为国外农业产业化的实践经验及启示。介绍了国外农业产业化即垂直一体化经营问题，其主要发展模式有合同制模式、农业公司模式、合作社模式、专业协会模式等，并总结概括了国外农业产业化经营的五条基本经验、三个方面创新以及对山东的四点启示。第五部分为山东农业产业化面临的机遇与挑战。全面总结介绍山东农业产业化发展的基本历程、主要成就和基本经验，并结合未来发展趋势，分析了下一步的发展机遇和主要挑战。第六部分为加快山东农业产业化发展的思考和建议。简要总结了上述理论分析和实践基础，分析了下一步山东农业产业化发展的重点、思路，并就如何加快山东农业产业化发展提出了具体政策建议。

ABSTRACT
      The reform and opening-up in our country start from the agriculture industry. One important issue that we are facing is how to effectively organize thousand and millions of peasants entering the market while the house-hold contract is widely carried out. After several years' exploration, a new agriculture developing stratagem which is to organize rural economics by industrialization was firstly summarized in Shandong Province and later quickly adopted in the whole country. It has been proved that the agricultural industrialization is an effective measure on the basis of house-hold contract to realize massive agriculture management and bring peasants to the market, besides, to move the adjustment of the rural and agricultural economy. In all, it also has played an important role in the agriculture development, rural prosperity and peasants becoming wealth.
      The main thought of China's reform and opening-up is "To cross the river, one has to be sure about stones at the bottom". So the development of the agriculture industrialization also depends on what we learn from practice. Although there are some discussions and analysis on the agricultural industrialization from different view points in domestic economics field, most of them are only sense unscramble from one size or purely theoretical proof and far behind the urgent need to guide the agriculture industrialization. Agriculture industrialization should be important research in the industry economics. From the shaping of the indushy economics, the theory of industry organization was first developed and became mature. But in China, the main focus in the field of industrial economics is the theoretical side of the industrial structure including the industry correlation and industry distribution (of course, this is determined by the special features in Chinese economic development and the urgent need in the reality). There is relatively less study in industry organization theory.
